The Opportunity

We are seeking a Criminal Solicitor or Barrister who shares our core values and takes pride in

providing top-tier service.

In this role, you won't be treated like a cog in a high-volume machine. You will manage a

manageable caseload, enabling you to build real, lasting relationships with your clients and

guide them through their legal matters with clarity, empathy, and strategic expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Autonomously manage your own criminal caseload (pre and post charge) from start

to finish, ensuring high standards of client communication and care.

- Represent and advise clients in police interviews and court proceedings.

- Act as a direct point of contact for your clients, providing clear, practical, and

personable legal advice.

- Collaborate closely with Director Tim Baker and our wider team of legal experts and

external counsel on strategic guidance and complex case strategy.

- Contribute to the warm, supportive, and client-centric culture of the firm.

About You

We are looking for someone who combines legal acumen with a warm, client-focused

approach:

- Qualified Solicitor or Barrister (Open to varying PQE levels)

- Client-Focused Mindset: You pride yourself on communication, empathy, and

building strong rapport with clients.

- Quality over Quantity approach: You thrive when given the time to focus deeply on

individual cases rather than churning through high volumes.
