The service covers representation during the interview only, nothing before or after. Our expertise

Our team has significant expertise in providing pre-charge representation. Tim Baker's previous experience of working with the Crown Prosecution Service and providing charging advice to the police gives us a unique insight into the charging process and the ‘Code for Crown Prosecutors.’ This knowledge allows us to tailor our pre-charge representations accordingly to provide the best chance of success for our clients. Tim also formally held a senior position within a criminal defence firm who specialise in providing pre-charge representation to high-net worth individuals and celebrities.
